Elefin supports MetaTrader 5 across desktop, web and mobile, along with Elefin Web Trader. Clients can choose the platform that best suits their device and trading style, subject to account approval and platform availability.

Yes. Trading history is generally available inside MT5, Elefin Web Trader or the client portal depending on configuration. Clients should regularly review trade history, deposits, withdrawals, fees and account statements.

Account statements may be available through MT5 or the client portal. If a formal statement is required for a complaint, audit or internal record, contact support with the exact period and account number.

Trading during news events may be technically possible, but risk can increase sharply. Spreads, execution speed, liquidity, slippage and gapping may be affected, and Elefin may void trades that exploit errors, feed faults or abusive strategies.

Orders are triggered and executed according to Elefin platform pricing and platform rules. External chart prices, third-party data feeds or other brokers’ prices may differ and should not be treated as the execution reference for Elefin trades.

It is not recommended. Public Wi-Fi may expose you to security risks, connection instability or session hijacking. Use a secure private network, strong passwords and device-level protection when accessing your trading account.

Use a strong unique password, do not share credentials, avoid saving passwords on shared devices, log out after use and enable additional security features where available. Elefin staff should never ask for your password.
