Personal data processed for identity verification and financial-crime prevention is handled in accordance with Elefin’s approved AML & ATF Policy.

We may share data with liquidity and technology providers, payment processors, verification and fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, group entities, and regulators where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
