Delete your Elefin account
Elefin account deletion is handled by our support team.
To request deletion
- 1Open the Elefin app and go to Support > New ticket, or email support@elefin.com from your registered email address.
- 2Select the category "Account" and state that you want your account deleted.
- 3We verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your name, email address, phone number, login credentials and support history.
What is retained
Trading and transaction records and identity verification documents, kept for 5 years as required by anti-money-laundering and financial record-keeping regulations.
Open positions must be closed and any remaining balance withdrawn before the account can be deleted.
